IPv6 in 2020

Briefly looked into “how is IPv6 deployment going”. Two notes:

• the data is very noisy, in large part due to different definitions of “deployed” - capability anywhere on an ISP’s network, capability to each end user, actual traffic from those users, etc. 
• the absolute numbers are noisy, but most of the trends seem to agree that deployment grew rapidly 2013-17ish (varies by country) but is now growing slowly, or even plateaued. See data atop this page for the US from APNIC (source).
